All of us here at the Utica Hampton Inn would like to extend a warm welcome to Porter the sea lion! Porter is the newest member of the Utica Zoo family. Traveling all the way from the Audubon Zoo in New Orleans, the 8-year-old, 414-pound California sea lion already was enjoying his new home Thursday afternoon.
Next time you are visiting Utica, staying at the Hampton Inn of coarse, make sure to stop at the Utica Zoo and say 'Hello' to Porter!

Help support Team Hampton as we give back to our community. The American Heart Association's Greates Heart Run & Walk, is being held on Saturday, March 5th. The walk starts at Utica College at 10:30am and proceeds through New York Mills. It is a wonderful community event in the greater Utica, NY area.

We want all of our guests to be prepared for NY's unpredictable weather. At the Hampton Inn Utica, we now offer our guests complementary ice scrappers to take home. We hope they come in handy!
